Bosa Fresh Teams Up With SPUD To Make Urban Living More Convenient

Bosa Fresh

Ordering organic groceries to your doorstep with in-building cold storage facilities (a Canadian first) is now made possible for Vancouverites thanks to Bosa Fresh.

Bosa Properties has announced an exclusive agreement with Sustainable Produce Urban Delivery (SPUD) to provide access to a purpose-built facility in its condo towers, allowing residents to enjoy daily grocery deliveries while away from home.

The facility, known as BosaFresh, will be temperature controlled and secure. BosaFresh will also allow condo residents to benefit from next-day home delivery, beating even single-family home dwellers, who receive their groceries only weekly. The Lido tower in Southeast False Creek, opening to new residents this fall, will be the first home for BosaFresh.

The partnership between Bosa Properties and SPUD, and the purpose-built temperature controlled room at the Lido, makes the BosaFresh program the first of its kind in Canada. The move comes as online sales of food are poised to grow an estimated 13% annually across North America as part of trend towards greater convenience and rise in ecommerce across computers, tablets and smartphones.
