10 Best Restaurants in Port Coquitlam
San Remo Pizza is located at #108-3008 Flint Street. A personal favourite is Bill’s Mediterranean – with heaps of spinach, diced onions, diced tomatoes, oregano, parmesan, feta, green peppers, garlic, mushrooms and some amazing Italian sausage. Dine-in, take-out, or cater a special event! This pizza place will have you saying, “Mama Mia!”
Tasty Honkin’ Donair is located at #112-1320 Kingsway Avenue and boasts one of the best donairs in the lower mainland. They completely live up to their name since their donairs are massive and their meats are to die for! Accompanied with friendly staff and low prices, this will be your new place to grab a giant pita full of meat.
Laces Restaurant & Café is located at #100-1485 Coast Meridian Road. If you haven’t been here for a homemade ½ pound patty burger, stop whatever you’re doing and go right now! Their menu displays everything from Beef Brisket Pancakes – SO good – to Ginger Beef. They have breakfast, lunch, western classics and even Asian comfort food. Pair that with an unbeatable price; this little café will keep you coming back on the daily.
Sushi K Kamizato is located at 2850 Shaughnessy Street. Sushi lovers, this is the place to hold your chopsticks high in PoCo. Their sashimi is on point. And their signature roll – The Oceanwiser – will have you questioning your past relationships with specialty sushi.
The Burke Beer House is located at 2099 Lougheed Highway. Formally known as The Treehouse, The Burke is the hot spot on a Friday and Saturday night (or any night for that matter). This double-decker bar is perfect for watching the game on a Tuesday and getting rowdy on the weekend. They have a wide selection of craft beer on tap. And the food is unreal, too. Try their “CBBR” Chicken Burger – Chicken, Bacon, BBQ and Ranch, need we say more?
Wah Wing is located at #207-2748 Lougheed Highway. This ain’t your typical Chinese food. Wah Wing has the best ginger beef in town, easily. Their dishes are so good, you’ll find yourself ordering take-out (they deliver, too) at least once a week. Try them tonight!
The Bombay is located at #205-2748 Lougheed Highway, right beside the Wah Wing. Have you ever wanted to experience a buffet of sweet Indian cuisine from the comfort of your own home? Well, The Bombay has an unreal Lunch Buffet – for just $9.99 – that you can order to go! The butter chicken is drool-worthy. Choose your own spiciness with caution.
Pho 51 is located at #120-2160 Hawkins Street. If you love Vietnamese style soup, this will be your new place PHO sure. Pun intended. Their broth is a breed of its own. The restaurant is bright and modern, with a friendly family-owned ambiance. Pho 51 will be love at first wonton.
Pallas Athena is located at #101-1250 Dominion Street. Their chicken souvlaki will leave you speechless. Pallas Athena has a great atmosphere for any type of occasion. They offer delivery and take-out! Which is convenient since you’ll probably be ordering from them weekly. Forget boring old Taco Tuesdays and try Greek Tuesdays! Trust us; it will be your new thing.
Matteo’s Gelato is located at 2615 Mary Hill Road. Step through the front doors and you’re in little Italy! The gelato here is so fresh and creamy, you’ll stay the whole day just to try every flavour. Our personal favourite is the Chocolate Peanut Butter – the ratio of peanut butter to gelato is 10/10. Say hello to the owner while you visit, he’s super friendly!
