Sejuiced, located on West 4th Avenue in Kitsilano, this restaurant serves up delicious juices as well as vegan, vegetarian and raw foods. Their juices include: Super Energy (pineapple, fresh mint, lemonade), Immune Boost (ginger, beet, carrot, apple, vitamin C, echinacea, bee propolis), Brain Tonic (strawberry, banana, coconut milk, apple, panax ginseng, ginkgo biloba), Morning Energizer (mango, banana, almonds, dates, whey protein, soy milk) and many more. Their food menu includes breakfast items, soups, yogi bowls, wraps, sandwiches, quesadillas, salads, veggie burgers and desserts.

Krokodile Pear, located on West 1st Avenue at Cypress, this cold-pressed organic juice bar offers a variety of juice and smoothie flavours, as well as juice cleansing packages. Bottled juices include: Cypress (cucumber, carrot, beet, apple, lime, ginger) and The Chief (Brazil nuts, hemp seeds, vanilla, coconut sugar, Himalayan rock salt, water). Smoothies include: Capilano (cucumber, celery, beet, apple, pineapple, lime juices blended with avocado, banana) and Deep Cove (kale, spinach, parsley, romaine, celery, cucumber, apple, lime, ginger juices blended with avocado, spinach). They also offer juice shots and 1-5 day juice cleanses.

Mother’s Smoothies and Juice Bar, located on East 14th Street in North Vancouver, this juice bar is all about using organic and fair trade ingredients. All smoothies are vegan friendly and do not contain dairy, ice, sugar, syrups, chemical or GMO. Smoothies include: Beach Party (pineapple, strawberry, banana, coconut oil) and Green Kicker (kale, apple, banana, ginger and banana). Freshly-squeezed juices include: Sinus Warrior (orange, lemon, apple, ginger, cayenne) and Morning Buzz (grapefruit, carrot, ginger). You can also add kale, cayenne, ginger, mint, parsley and garlic to any juice, free of charge.

The Local Lift Juice Bar, located at the base of Mount Seymour in North Vancouver, this juice bar offers natural smoothies, fresh-pressed juices, sandwiches, soups, wraps and baked goods that are fit for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and raw diets. Juices include: Iron Man (apple, cucumber, spinach, lemon) and ABC Elevation (apple, beet, carrot, spinach, lemon, ginger). Smoothies include: Empress Sunrise (orange, carrot, beet, ginger juice with strawberries and mango), Baden-Powell Peanut Butter (almond milk, banana, cocoa powder, peanut butter) and Roadie-Colada (coconut milk, pineapple, banana, shredded coconut). They also offer 3-10 day juices cleanses.

The Juice Truck, usually located on the corner of Abbott and Water Street in Gastown, this mobile juice truck serves up some of the best cold-pressed juices and smoothies in the city. They also have a daily soup and salad on their menu, wellness shots and raw energy bars. Cold-pressed juices include: The Patio (blueberry pressed with pear, lime, mint, coconut water, aloe vera juice) and The Aloe Green (pineapple pressed with orange, spinach, mint, lemon, coconut water, aloe vera, Himalayan rock salt). Smoothies include: The Strawberry Coconut (strawberry blended with coconut, coconut milk, banana, raw cacao nibs, raw vanilla, coconut nectar), The Pumpkin Smoothie (pumpkin blended with banana, cinnamon, raw vanilla, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, allspice, medjool date, coconut milk), and The Blueberry Lavender (blueberry blended with dried lavender flowers, banana, lemon zest, chia seed, almond milk). Just Juice, located on Davie Street, this juice bar specializes in organic cold-pressed juice cocktails and organic power smoothies. They also offer organic sandwiches, salads and various other food items. Cold-pressed juices include: Hawaiian Typhoon (pineapple, ginger, kale, spinach, mint, lime, celery, cucumber, coconut water) and Pink Lady (pineapple, pear, coconut water, beet, ginger, muddled raspberries). Smoothies include: It’s Sunny Somewhere (avocado, coconut, coconut oil, raspberries, banana, pineapple, orange, lime, almond milk) and Strawberry Shortcake (avocado, strawberries, lemon, ginger, banana, raw unpasteurized honey, cinnamon, cold-pressed orange juice, almond milk).

Jugo Juice, with over a dozen locations in Vancouver alone and even more spread out all over the 604, this popular franchise offers customers refreshing smoothies, juices, breakfast items, grilled flatbreads and wraps. Smoothies include: Green Tea Buzz (matcha green tea, soy milk, low-fat frozen yogurt, non-fat milk), PB & Chocolate (banana, frozen yogurt, chocolate almond milk, all-natural peanut butter), Mighty Kale (kale, spinach, mango, pineapple, apple, orange juice) and Abundant Acai (organic acai berries, mango, blueberries, banana, cranberry juice). Fresh-pressed juices include: Citrus-C (grapefruit, pineapple, orange) and Kale’s King (kale, pineapple, apple, carrots).
