Last week, B.C. Premier Christy Clark announced Burrard Street Bridge would be shut down in hopes of hosting the largest Yoga event to ever take place outside of India.
While many love the idea, there are also many who do not for several reasons including potential traffic issues, and the fact the event will cost taxpayers $150,000.
The announcement has led to backlash online, but Clark remains confident in the decision, so confident in fact that she took to Twitter this morning to address the haters, literally.
Hey Yoga Haters- bet you can't wait for international Tai Chi day. pic.twitter.com/1sEfIwKbG3

Within one hour, the message has received over 100 retweets and handfuls of comments from people questioning if it was Christy Clark who posted the tweet, or if her account was hacked.
