
The condo market in Burnaby’s metrotown area is currently booming, and among the leading developments is Gold House by Rize Alliance.
The building’s condos made a lot of noise when they hit the market, and over 90% (460 homes) were sold within 10 days of going on sale on November 10. Rize recently made homes in the second tower available to buyers as well, with majority of those selling quick as well.
Developers have now made the Gold House “Penthouse Collection” available to buyers, and the units looks promising.
