Amazon Hiring Seasonal Workers
With the holiday season coming up, Amazon is ramping up their production with additional seasonal employees.
Hiring season begins now in October and will continue through December. Amazon is looking for thousands of people to fill roles across 55 sites in Canada to help meet the incoming demand. This includes positions at fulfillment centres, sortation centres, and delivery stations. Your role could include stowing, picking, packing, sorting, and shipping customer orders.

Amazon employees also get some perks for working with them. From Day 1, seasonal employees are eligible for a comprehensive workplace benefits package.
“That includes mental health and wellbeing support through Amazon’s Employee Assistance Program, as well as the new Employee Grocery and Daily Essentials Discount, which came into effect October 1, offering eligible employees 10% off online grocery and daily essentials purchases on Amazon.ca with no cap on savings,” a press release wrote.
How to Apply
Interested applicants can apply through hiring.amazon.ca, with positions available on a rolling basis throughout the holiday season. Jobs do fill up quickly, so you are encouraged to check back regularly for updates.
