The Harrison Tulip Festival, presented by the Onos family, is returning April 10 for the 2026 Spring season! This year marks a major milestone: the Onos family is celebrating their 20th tulip festival in B.C.. This annual celebration of tulips is a B.C. favourite, bringing together families, friends, and couples to enjoy a day filled with gorgeous views and vibrant flowers Apr 10 – May 3.
This year, the Harrison Tulip Festival is introducing new experiences, immersive photo moments, and special events like the Night Garden, an evening replete with a glowing landscape of lanterns and twinkling lights.
Harrison Tulip Festival
The Harrison Tulip Festival is set to boast 150 varieties of tulips planted across 45 wide acres, making it the largest event of its kind in Canada. You can also expect over 14 million spring blooms, which includes the titular tulips, as well as beautiful daffodils and fragrant hyacinths.
Everything about these rows of flowers is picture-perfect. In fact, the Harrison Tulip Festival was named the World’s Best Instagrammable Tulip Farm at the 2024 World Tulip Summit in Holland, truly solidifying it among the other great gardens in the world.

The standout of the festival is absolutely the four-acre Show Garden, where you can find thoughtful displays of tulips in varying heights and varieties, including multi-flowering, parrots, doubles, fringed and Viridiflora. Guests can also enjoy food trucks and live music, and sunrise and sunset yoga sessions while bracketed by the garden views. Bouquet-making workshops, yard games, the Farm Store, and plenty of photo opportunities await, too!
What’s New At The Festival?
Alongside the classic tulip-strolling and live performances, you can also expect some new additions to the festival!
- The Night Garden (April 16, 17, 18, 24, 25 from 6:00pm to 10:00pm)
Taking place after sunset, The Night Garden is a brand-new evening experience that is set within the four-acre Show Garden. This event invites you to see tulips in an entirely different way as the garden is lit by lanterns and vibrant colours, forming a magical nighttime atmosphere that’s perfect for strolling and taking photos. Guests can also enjoy live music, three food trucks including Dutch street food, and a curated evening market featuring local vendors. Tickets are $35 per person and include regular admission starting at 4:00pm.

- The Bloom Bar (Open daily, including during the Night Garden)
- Also new is The Bloom Bar, a self-serve flower area where guests can make their own bouquets and flower crowns! There, you can get creative with the blooms and greenery, as well as use the arts station to paint wooden postcards and coasters.
