If you love pumpkin spice lattes, ciders, and everything fall, then you’ll absolutely adore the Fall Foodie Pop-Up. Kicking off fall, UBC Farm is hosting a day that celebrates the flavours of autumn. No matter if you’re craving artisanal cheeses or warm drinks, you’ll definitely be able to satiate your fall cravings with this foodie event.
FALL FOODIE POP-UP
The Fall Foodie Pop-Up is a fantastic chance to shop local and enjoy live music at the same time. Admission is completely free, as well, so you can swing by anytime without having to pay an entrance fee. Visitors can also take part in a by-donation farm tour at 12:00pm to check out all that UBC Farm is growing this season.
There will be plenty of bites and sips for folks to enjoy, with fall-inspired treats from spots like:
- Coco Van Ice Cream: Pumpkin spice affogato (with vegan rolled ice cream)
- Bread & Cheese Co.: Compote rosemary bacon and brie sandwich and fall baklava with candied lemon
- Cedar Feast House Catering: Elk, bison or vegetable pot pie and fried bannock with cinnamon and sugar
- Big City Bannock: Deer stew, smoked sockeye salmon on bannock sandwiches, and pumpkin spiced cheesecake bannock
- Tatchan Noodle: Authentic Okinawa soba
As for activities, there will be cornhole, cider sampling, and children’s activities with the Chinese Canadian Museum and Little Kitchen Academy.
And if you’re one of the first fifty guests to attend, you’ll get a free pumpkin spice latte!
