Just when you thought it couldn’t get any better—Metrotown’s ever so popular Uncle Tetsu now has a Matcha Japanese Cheesecake.
Since they opened over a year ago, people have been going absolutely crazy for their light and fluffy cheesecakes. The new flavour is definitely going to be a hit—as Metro Vancouverites love their matcha.
But before you run off to Metrotown—the matcha offering is only available on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Their original one, however, is available every day of the week—but there is a limit of one per customer (they’re THAT popular).
Japanese cheesecake is a lot fluffier in texture than regular cheesecake and it’s less sweet. It’s the perfect dessert for those looking for something light.
