Get some much needed fresh air and make the most out of this beautiful season by training for one of these races happening in Vancouver during Spring.

Bike The Blossoms
The perfect way to enjoy the cherry blossoms in Vancouver and get some exercise! Bike The Blossoms is happening on Saturday, April 9th. It starts on the South side of John Hendry Park.

Vancouver Sun Run
One of Vancouver’s most popular races—the 10K walk/run will take you through the downtown core, on to Stanley Park and English Bay and then across the Burrard Street Bridge and finishing just off the Cambie Street Bridge. This year’s event is Sunday, April 17th.

5 Peaks
3 of the 5 trail runs will be happening throughout Spring! Races include distances from 1K to 13K. The first one will be at Alice Lake on Saturday, April 16th. The second will be held at Golden Ears on Saturday, May 7th. The third will be at the stunning Mount Seymour on Saturday, June 11th.

Woman2Warrior
The women-only course is an un-timed 5K run that features over a dozen obstacles designed to test strength, agility, and endurance. The event is happening on Sunday, May 15th at the Swangard Stadium in Burnaby.

BMO Vancouver Marathon
Race options include an 8K, half-marathon and a full marathon. This year’s race is happening on Sunday, May 1st.

Color Me Rad Surrey
The most colourful race there is—the Color Me Rad 5K run will energize you with a fun atmosphere on Saturday, May 14th at the Cloverdale Rodeo.
