Per Se Hospitality Group Unveils Three Elevated Dine Out Vancouver 2026 Menus

Dine Out Vancouver returns on January 21, and Per Se Hospitality Group is stepping into the spotlight with three standout menus across Social Corner, Ciclo, and Acquafarina. Each restaurant is offering a multi-course experience designed exclusively for the festival, running until February 8.

This year, the group is introducing two new features. Guests can add any pizza at Social Corner and Acquafarina to their Dine Out menu for $5 off. In addition, all three locations will offer curated caviar options at accessible prices, giving diners a premium upgrade not normally available during the festival.

“Each menu reflects the personality of its restaurant, yet together they show the level of intention and care we bring to hospitality,” says Fabrizio, CEO of Per Se Hospitality Group.

Social Corner – $65 Menu

Social Corner’s menu blends modern Italian flavours with elevated comfort dishes. Diners can start with options such as Beets & Burrata, a Crispy Goat Cheese Salad, or a classic Beef Carpaccio.

The second course continues with Gnocchi in San Marzano marinara, Lobster & Crab Ravioli, or the restaurant’s popular hand-ground Alberta beef burger with truffle aioli.

Dessert includes a choice of Tiramisu or Sorbetto. Wine pairings are available for an additional fee.

The restaurant is also offering its full pizza menu during Dine Out. Each pizza can be added for $5 off with the prix-fixe menu.

Ciclo – $45 Menu

Ciclo brings Mediterranean warmth to this year’s festival. The first course includes Hummus, Charred Ibérico Chorizo, or Stracciatella e Alici with anchovies and crostini.

Guests can then choose between The Beef Baguette, Chipirones en su Tinta featuring baby squid in ink sauce, or an Italia Charcuterie Board with imported meats and cheeses.

For dessert, diners can pick either Tiramisu or an Affogato. A wine pairing option is also available.

Because the menu focuses on shareable, social dining, Ciclo is a strong pick for groups who want a relaxed and flavour-driven night out.

Acquafarina – $70 Menu

Acquafarina’s Dine Out menu highlights premium ingredients and precise Italian cooking. The first-course options include a Beet Salad with deep-fried goat cheese, a Wagyu Beef Carpaccio topped with fresh truffle, or a Crudo di Salmerino with Arctic char caviar.

The second course offers Rotolo ai Funghi, a Braised Short Rib with truffled polenta, or Pan-Seared Sablefish paired with Mediterranean caponata.

Dessert features a classic Tiramisu or Sorbetto, while the wine pairing adds a refined layer to the experience. Guests can also enjoy $5 off any Acquafarina pizza with their Dine Out menu.

New This Year: Accessible Caviar Add-Ons

All three restaurants will feature additional caviar offerings throughout the festival. These upgrades are designed to be more accessible than typical market pricing, making them a rare treat for Dine Out visitors.

Reservations Expected to Fill Quickly

Dine Out typically generates some of the busiest dining weeks of the year, and these menus are available only during the festival. Because each restaurant offers limited seating, early booking is strongly encouraged.
