Meet Soju Eh? — the latest creation from Head Distiller Rob Rindt and a cheeky Canadian spin on the Korean classic. It’s crisp, zingy, a little wild, and officially ready for its debut.
Come out to the distillery and be among the first to give it a try. Soju Eh? is available in three flavours:
- Original — clean, crisp and made for sipping
- Green Apple Ginger — bright, tart and zingy
- Lychee Rose — fruity, floral and just a little fancy
Whether you’re already a soju fan or wondering “Soju… eh?”, consider this your excuse to come out to the farm, grab a pour and try something brand new.
Roots and Wings Distillery is open Friday 12-9pm | Saturday 12-9pm | Sunday 12-7pm.
