CF Richmond Centre Christmas Tree Lighting
On November 14 at 6:00pm, you can expect a major celebration at CF Richmond Centre as they light up Metro Vancouver’s tallest outdoor holiday tree. The countdown to the tree lighting is going to be magical. With families and kids gathered around the plaza, it’s the perfect spot for photo-ops and capturing once-a-year moments during the jolliest season of the year.
Located in the Outdoor Plaza, this 78-foot tree is fitted with fully programmable LEDs. After the lighting celebration, guests can expect daily Light and Music shows every two hours from 2:00pm to 8:00pm through January 3, 2027.

And beyond that, CF Richmond Centre will be offering a brand-new North Pole set where you can find Santa’s Mailroom, as well as Sensitive Santa sessions. Hosted in partnership with Autism Alliance Canada, these times offer a quieter, lower-sensory visit for children with sensory needs. Just be sure to book your time slot if you plan on visiting Santa. They cost $17.50, which includes 5 digital photos.
