The Skate Before Christmas is here to raise money for an amazing cause while bringing some festive fun on the ice! Celebrate the holiday season by spreading the joy to others while you glide across the rink, indulge in hot chocolate, take part in a raffle, and so many other amazing activities!
The event is hosted by the She Defines Strength Foundation, a non-profit organization that is supporting young women battling cancer across Surrey, Langley, the Lower Mainland, and other communities throughout B.C. This event is to raise funds toward their programs, which foster connection, empowerment, health, and overall well-being.
This year, you can help these programs continue to flourish by taking part in The Skate Before Christmas. The rink will be open to everyone, with holiday sweaters highly encouraged.
Besides skating, guests can also hit the hot chocolate bar to indulge in some delicious treats. Additionally, there will be a holiday market with tons of vendors to shop from, family-friendly games, a photo booth, a raffle, and opportunities to learn about the She Defines Strength Foundation.
Tickets are currently on sale, with two different skate times that are available for registration. Do note the skate and helmet rentals are included in the ticket price. Entry to the Holiday Market is also free!
