Summer is here, and with it comes the return of the beloved Summer Nights in the Township series.
This season is packed with free concerts and outdoor movies that will delight both residents and visitors. From early July to early September, every Thursday evening promises to be a highlight of the week.

Summer Nights in the Township 2025
Concerts at Willoughby Community Park Amphitheatre
Every Thursday at 7 PM, the Willoughby Community Park Amphitheatre becomes a lively music venue.
Enjoy performances from talented Canadian musicians across various genres. Here’s the concert lineup:
- July 3: Enjoy top 40 and summer hits with cover band Backyard Radio
- July 10: Get folksy with Jesse Waldman
- July 17: Groove to reggae with Mostly Marley
- July 24: Be enchanted by dueling pianos with cover songs by Dueling Pianos
- July 31: Get soulful with Orchard Sky
- August 7: Rock out to the country vibes of Boxcar Campfire
- August 14: Get funky with Coco Jafro
- August 21: Dance to country-rock band Lawless Country
- August 28: End the summer with blues band Blues Hoodoo
Family-Friendly Outdoor Movies
If you love movies under the stars, don’t miss the outdoor movie nights at various parks across the city. These family-friendly films are perfect for all ages:

- August 8 at 6:00pm: Family Fun Night returns once more, but this time at Lynn Fripps Park.
