Murder is a Drag is back, Vancouver’s favourite murder mystery dinner shows! This time, they’ve got some special performances that will have you on the edge of your seat as you work to solve the puzzle.
Notably, the special Friday the 13th edition of Murder is a Drag is at a different venue – the show has been adapted for a historic (and haunted) home in Vancouver’s West End in partnership with the Friends for Life Society.

March 13 – Murder is a Drag: Wake the Dead. You’ve gathered to celebrate the life of a recently deceased millionaire (please wear black!) so you expect some drama: a widow, the ex wife, the spoiled son and the business manager are there as guests. Also on the guest list: a murderer! Can you solve the mystery?
Afterwards, Murder is a Drag returns to Gastown to its regular venue inside the historic Woodwards Building just steps from the steam clock.

April 17 – Murder is a Drag: Dinner Date With Death A murder mystery set at a restaurant with some very spicy drama! Can you solve the murder? This very first Murder is a Drag show started at a small venue on Davie Street and has now been staged almost a dozen times!
May 15 – Murder is a Drag: Rhinestones are Forever You are guests at a wedding party (wedding attire encouraged)! This show premiered at Dine Out Vancouver Festival in January 2025 with 3 sold out dinner shows and two sold out brunches and was most recently staged in May 2025. Don’t miss your chance to attend this wedding this May, just in time for wedding season.

Do note that participation is optional. Some guests will be offered roles in the show but you can also opt to just sit back and enjoy the drama and hilarity as the mystery unfolds. Costumes encouraged! Guests must be 19+.
