Rooftop Remix is hosted by the Vancouver Public Library Foundation and brings together book and library lovers for a fun, after-hours celebration in support of VPL.
This is not your usual library visit—enjoy live music from a DJ, drinks and snacks, all hosted in inspiring library spaces made possible by donors. Your favourite book swap is back, elevated into a Literary Lounge where you can sip, chat, and pick up a new literary treasure, including new books generously donated by Raincoast.
This year, Rooftop Remix is more than a party—it’s a fundraising event to support local teens. Funds raised will directly support free, life-changing teen programs at VPL, helping over 6,300 youth each year build creativity, confidence, and community.
Join us for interactive fun, including trivia, fund-a-need, and a live auction, all led by our hilarious and heartfelt host, Layne the Auctionista.
The event takes place on levels 8, 9 and Rooftop Garden of the Vancouver Public Library’s Central branch in downtown Vancouver.
