Once complete, the tower at the corner of Gilmore Avenue and Lougheed Highway will stand at least 214 metres.

This would make it taller than the Living Shangri-La (200.9 metres and 59 storeys) and the Trump International Hotel and Tower (187.8 metres and 63 storeys), Vancouver’s two tallest buildings.
Two Gilmore Place Project
According to Onni’s website, “Gilmore Place offers the effortless convergence of luxuriously appointed homes with modern shops, dining, and office space”.
It’s also described as “a masterpiece of lifestyle, commerce, recreation, and much more”.
In total, Onni Group’s Gilmore Place development project will consist of three towers. The other two will measure in at 43 and 51 storeys respectively.
As of right now, three other buildings have been completed as part of Brentwood’s massive transformation. They would be Solo District Altus, and Brentwood One and Brentwood Two.
Once complete, Two Gilmore Place will be situated just minutes away from the Gilmore SkyTrain station that’s a part of the Millennium SkyTrain Line.
