Public Disco: Pride Block Party 2026

This is the third block party Public Disco is throwing this summer. For all you Public Disco regulars, you’ll know that their Pride Block Party is always a big one.

The venue blends Mount Pleasant’s industrial flare with an open-air dance floor, blending the urban landscape with vibrant decor. From steel structures to laneway murals, this space is bracketed by everything that makes the neighbourhood truly feel alive.

You’ll be able to find something new in every corner of this party, from a delicious food market to art-lined streets. Not only that, but the Pride Block Party will also feature an awesome lineup of DJs that spotlights the underground sounds of local and international queer DJs

The Lineup

This party is being curated by Jesse Walker and DJ Dood, who are combining fresh talent with seasoned selectors across a range of house, disco and techno. Expect headliners Colored Craig (LA/NY), CarrieOnDisco (SF), and Overland to be bringing the energy.

“We’re incredibly proud to bring the Pride Block Party back as our biggest one yet,” says Nickolas Collinet, Executive Director of Public Disco Society. “Expanding onto a second nearby street lets us bring in international talent like Colored Craig and CarrieOnDisco while showcasing local queer music collective teXture. Ten years in, the purpose is still the same: creating space for queer celebration and togetherness”.
