Your summer is about to get way more exciting with the return of Live & Local Free Summer Concerts from July 2 to September 4! Hosted by North Vancouver Recreation & Culture (NVRC), your Thursday and Friday nights will be packed with nothing but good vibes, good music, and tons of community fun as you jam out at 24 different concerts.
This annual concert series is all about highlighting local talent, summer fun, and getting together with your friends, family, and neighbours to enjoy live shows at a variety of amazing North Vancouver venues. Think classic rock by the waterside, and soulful funk in the park– there’s something for everyone when it comes to Live & Local.
Live & Local Free Summer Concerts
This year’s lineup is stacked. Whether you’re into Latin, Soul, Salsa, Indie, Americana– you will absolutely find an artist at Live & Local that you’ll love. Altogether, there’s six concerts at Lynn Valley Village, four at Lions Gate Village, five in Seylynn Park, four in Panorama Park, one in Edgemont Village, and four at Ray Perrault Park. Your playlists are about to look a whole lot more local after these shows.

The best part is that these concerts are completely free. That’s right: no ticket nor admission is required for every single one of these awesome shows. You don’t even need to RSVP. Just bring a blanket, lawn chair, or whatever you’re most comfortable kicking back on and take in the sweet sounds of summer alongside the community.
