A Coquitlam resident has turned their home into a spectacular “haunted Halloween yard,” and it’s all for a great cause.
This beloved neighborhood haunted house draws crowds of up to 1,000 kids during the Halloween season, along with live monsters who add to the thrills.

Located at 2988 Forestridge Place, the spooky spectacle is the creation of a retired school teacher who has been passionately decorating their home for Halloween and Christmas for nearly 40 years.

From chilling animatronics to eerily glowing lights, the yard transforms into a scene straight out of a horror movie every evening from 6:30 to 10:00 p.m.
Additionally, there will be live actors on October 26 and 31, to heighten the spooky atmosphere, creating an unforgettable experience for all who dare to visit.

The intricate displays are a feast for the eyes, with skeletons, ghouls, and countless spooky decorations scattered throughout.
While it’s free to enjoy, visitors are encouraged to donate to Variety – The Children’s Charity, a cause close to the homeowner’s heart.
