Lunar New Year is coming up, and Metro Vancouver is getting ready to celebrate.
For an extra-creative way to ring in the Year of the Horse, Lego is hosting pop-ups at two Metro Vancouver malls so everyone can take part in building their own creations! These pop-ups will offer built-if-yourself fun to make frames using red, gold and white pieces. You can also check out the giant Lego wishing tree where you can write a hope, wish, or dream that you have for the new year. Just jot it down on a custom card and add it to the tree.
And, of course, you’ll have a chance for photo-ops. Be sure to get a nice picture in front of the giant Lego brick lion! Attendees also have the chance to win a festive surprise with a Lego-branded lucky envelope giveaway.
The pop-ups will be taking place at the following locations and dates during mall hours:
- Metropolis at Metrotown, February 7 – 11
- Aberdeen Centre, February 13 – 17
