Returning for another year is Richmond’s Drive-In Summer Series!
Taking place at Lansdowne Centre parking lot, this free outdoor movie experience invites you to check out an awesome lineup of films that air every Wednesday at sundown between July and September.
Drive-In Summer Series 2026 at Lansdowne Centre in Richmond
As always, every movie week features a different theme, ranging all the way from musicals to blockbusters to family favourites. Attendees even get to help choose which film hits the big screen through a vote!
Take a look at the possible choices for each night below:
Movie Lineup
- July 22: Everything Everywhere All at Once or The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part
- July 29: GOAT or Zootopia 2
- August 5: The Greatest Showman or Wonka
- August 12: Twisters or Superman
- August 19: Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings or Avatar: Fire and Ash
- August 26: Hoppers or Turning Red
- September 2: Titanic or Wicked
A couple things to know is that there’s no ticket required for the event. All you need to do is arrive early to grab the best parking spot, and then head inside to get some dinner and movie snacks. Radio tune-in details will be provided upon arrival, as well.
If you don’t have a car, that’s no problem. Lansdowne Centre will have a reserved pedestrian zone set up with speakers. Just bring some lawn chairs, blankets, and whatever else you need to be comfortable during the show!
