Stanley’s Bar & Grill is joining the Vancouver Cherry Blossom Food Festival with a limited-time lineup of sakura-inspired dishes and drinks available March 20 – May 3. The citywide festival invites food lovers to explore cherry blossom-themed creations from local cafés and restaurants during Vancouver’s most beautiful spring season.

Located just steps from Stanley Park, one of the best places in the city to see cherry blossoms in bloom, Stanley’s is the perfect stop after a spring stroll. Spend the day exploring the park’s flowering trees, and when you’re ready for a bite or a drink, come celebrate the season with us.
To mark the occasion, Stanley’s is featuring several seasonal specialties. Sip on the Hanami No. 5 Cocktail, made with Empress Elderflower Gin, cherry blossom syrup, aromatic bitters, and Thai basil oil for a floral and herbaceous taste of spring. Guests can also enjoy BC Jade Dumplings, locally made spinach dumplings filled with miso-braised tofu, brown rice, edamame, and water chestnuts, served with white miso ginger sauce.
Seafood lovers can try the Seared Sesame-Crusted Ahi Tuna with wasabi pea purée, soy ginger glaze, and togarashi mayo. For a sweet finish, the Sakura Tea Service pairs Cherry Rose Sencha with delicate spring treats including a strawberry white chocolate macaron, matcha madeleine, and raspberry tart.
These special items are available throughout the festival while supplies last — the perfect excuse to celebrate spring under Vancouver’s iconic cherry blossoms.
