Comunidad Mexicana en Vancouver Services Society proudly presents the highly anticipated Fiesta Mexicana 2024, a vibrant celebration of the independence of Mexico.
The event will take place on Sunday, September 15th at South Hall Vancouver from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
Attendees will enjoy a spectacular parade of Mexican personalities, the adrenaline rush of lucha libre, and the thrill of riding a mechanical bull. The highlight of the day will be the solemn ceremony of “El Grito”, led by Consul Olga Beatriz García Guillén, an act of patriotism and national pride.
In addition, the event will feature live bands that will fill the atmosphere with rhythms and joy, a beer garden where adults can relax, and a children’s area with activities designed especially for the little ones.
There will be delicious Mexican food to delight the palate of all attendees. To ensure everyone has space to enjoy themselves, an entire street will be closed off, expanding the space available for activities. This event is a perfect opportunity to celebrate independence and immerse yourself in the rich and colorful Mexican culture.
