Vancouver Web Creators Night Featuring Francisco “Birdo” Fuentes

Francisco Fuentes, also known as Birdo, started off with a Fisher-Price sound recorder and old video camera. That early love for art and filmmaking brought him to Vancouver Film School and now takes him around the world producing travel media and videos. From directing music videos and short films to creating travel diaries on his YouTube channel Birdo the Bird, his goal is to create “visual deliciousness and making people feel”.

As a traveller, filmmaker and photographer he shares his perspective of life with the world. Some of Birdo’s favourite visual travel diaries will be showcased at Vancouver Web Creators Night which also features a special performance by local hip hop artist K!mmortal.

Achievement unlocked ? Yesterday, I finally jumped off a tiny plane flying at 10,000 feet. I tried to do this twice last year, but due to harsh weather conditions it was cancelled both times.
