After a rather cold start to summer, it looks like Vancouver might actually get a weekend of sun, predicts the forecast.
The weekend will start out wet with about five millimetres of rain throughout Friday.

However, that will change by Saturday as Environment Canada reports that we will see 19 degree weather that day, with mostly sunny skies. The forecast shows there will be periods of clouds, but with a UV index rate of eight.

Things will pick up even more by Sunday as the forecast calls for 22 degrees. And while that forecast predicts periods of clouds, The Weather Network says Vancouver will see pure sunny skies that day.
It’s about time we started to get warmer weather, as The Weather Network’s annual summer forecast calls for a slow start to the season—up until mid-July.
