GoPro and dashcam cameras have been catching a lot of interesting stuff lately and helping Vancouverites out in random and uncalled for situations. Earlier this year, a Vancouver drivers dashcam filmed a Vancouver driver lash out at him for no reason.
Just the other day, YouTube user Michael Graziano of Vancouver uploaded a video of an attempted robbery at gunpoint while traveling in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He explains his experience below:
I was on a bike tour in a rough part of Buenos Aires (Argentina) in broad daylight when a thief attempted to steal my camera gear at gunpoint. I miraculously happened to be recording with a gopro on my forehead and captured this amazing piece of footage!!
The cyclist fortunately got away and reports the thief was arrested a few days later. Footage below:
