Tsawwassen Mills is set to be metro Vancouver’s newest, and among the largest premium fashion-brand outlet destinations for locals and tourists alike.
The new shopping centre will boast approximately 200 brands across 1.2 million square feet of retail.
Tsawwassen Mills will be situated at Highway 17 and 52nd street near the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal. The ideal location is expected to attract shoppers from across the lower mainland and from Vancouver Island. It also hopes to serve American guests being just 30 minutes north of the border.

Ahead of its slated grand opening on October 5, 2016, developers Ivanhoé Cambridge previously announced that the shopping centre’s two major anchors would be Saks OFF 5th, and Bass Pro Shops. An additional 25 brands were revealed earlier today:
