A Vancouver eatery is kicking up the heat a notch with their latest ramen dish. Ramen Koika just launched the Hell of Fire Soba challenge and it’s not for the faint of heart.
The Davie Street eatery is challenging spicy food lovers to down the soba in just 10-minutes. There’s no broth, but the serving size is more than double their usual dishes—and a whole lot spicier (obviously).

The dish is packed full with Thai peppers and Mexican chilies, so those with a low tolerance for heat need not apply.

Challengers who manage to pull off the incredible feat don’t have to pay for their meal and will also get a voucher for free ramen on their next visit. If they’re not successful, they will have to fork up $10 for the meal and accept defeat.
