This is the sandwich that started it all and was actually showcased during @masterchefcda auditions. Although Matt didn’t get on the show, the sandwich and SPAM fries were met with universal acclaim from judges and producers – yes he seriously served SPAM for a food show audition and it landed! #boldmove This is our “Not your ‘Lola’s’ Chicken Adobo;” think a Filipino play on a pulled chicken sandwich. Low and slow braised chicken adobo, Atchara (pickled Papaya slaw) Garlic Calamansi Aioli and Garlic Chips piled high on freshly baked Pandesal. This was served with SPAM fries and our signature banana ketchup. Come and try one for yourself when @shamelessbuns opens real soon. And stay tuned for our launch party date!! #shamelessbuns #filipinofood #filipino #adobo #adobochicken #pandesal #sandwich #sandwichporn #masterchef #masterchefcanada #spam #spamfries #bananaketchup #foodporn #foodie #buzzfeedfood #foodtruck #vancouverfoodie #vancitybuzz #vancityfoodie #vancityeats #vancouvereats #foodtruckvancouver #vancouverfoodtruck #filipinofoodmovement #unapologeticallyfilipino

Their menu has a lot offer. Try their Sir Spam-A-Lot with crispy fried spam, banana ketchup, classic, mayo, a runny egg, pickled papaya and garlic chips.

They also have a Not Your Lola’s Chicken Adobo with slow braised chicken adobo, garlic aioli, pickled papaya, tomato and garlic chips. Or you can get The Little Sausage, which they describe as being the “best 3 inches in Vancouver”.

And if you can’t decide, they offer a 3 Some—allowing you to try all three of their savoury sandwiches stuffed between mini French toast.

Save room for dessert though. Their Happy Ending has French toast with taro jam, condensed milk, coconut jam, milo powder and toasted puffed rice.
