Although, they refer to it as a ‘Jeepney.’ The adorable Chevy blue bird has been completely transformed into a vibrant food truck you have to try.

Their menu has a lot offer. Try their Sir Spam-A-Lot with crispy fried spam, banana ketchup, classic, mayo, a runny egg, pickled papaya and garlic chips.
They also have a Not Your Lola’s Chicken Adobo with slow braised chicken adobo, garlic aioli, pickled papaya, tomato and garlic chips. Or you can get The Little Sausage, which they describe as being the “best 3 inches in Vancouver”.
And if you can’t decide, they offer a 3 Some—allowing you to try all three of their savoury sandwiches stuffed between mini French toast.
Save room for dessert though. Their Happy Ending has French toast with taro jam, condensed milk, coconut jam, milo powder and toasted puffed rice.
