Police Offering $55,000 Reward For Murder Suspect Brandon Teixeira

The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team (IHIT) is asking for the public’s help to locate and arrest 27-year-old Brandon Nathan Teixeira.

Teixeira is wanted for murder and a financial reward of $55,000 is being offered for information leading to his arrest.

On September 6th, 2018, Brandon Teixeira was charged with first degree murder in connection with the shooting death of 28-year-old Nicholas Khabra on October 23rd, 2017 in Surrey.

A warrant for his arrest remains active till today.

“To be eligible for the reward, you can report your information to 911, IHIT at 1-877-551-4448 or anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477. This reward is available for an initial period of six months. So if you have information, we urge you to call in right now” says Superintendent Donna Richardson.

“Let me be clear. We are not looking for witnesses or for people to testify in court. This matter is ready to go to trial. We are only looking for Brandon Teixeira so we can hold him to account for his first degree murder charge”.

Brandon Teixeira is described as:

  • Caucasian
  • 178 cm (5’10)
  • 73 kg (161 LB)
  • Brown eyes
  • Brown hair
  • Snake tattoo on left side of chest
  • Sleeve tattoo on left arm

Police also want to make it very clear that they don’t want individuals to take any action to apprehend Teixeira themselves.
