An early morning crash on Wednesday between a transit bus and a truck has left six passengers with minor injuries.

Port Moody police say the crash happened around 8:00 a.m. when a truck slammed into the side of the bus on St. Johns Street at Williams Street.

Port Moody Bus Crash Response
The collision was serious enough to require Port Moody Fire and Rescue to remove a portion of the side of the bus to help escort one of the passengers.
St. Johns street was cleared by crews to attend to the incident, but has since reopened to all traffic.
