On Wednesday, RCMP were out at a local Burnaby construction zone enforcing the speed limit around the area.

Burnaby RCMP say that they issued 21 violation tickets with an average violator speed of 61 km/h. Fines for speeding in a construction zone range from $196 to $483.
Over the weekend, the Surrey RCMP held their latest CounterAttack roadblock and handed out 50 violation tickets.
Remember to slow down and drive with care, particularly in areas requiring extra caution.
