It’s December in Vancouver and it shows, given the forecast calls for plenty of rain and snow fall in some areas.
Parts of Metro Vancouver saw some snow Sunday, with more expected to show up early this week.
According to Environment Canada, Abbotsford, Chilliwack and surrounding areas may see 2-4 cm of snow by Monday morning.
However, The Weather Network calls for rain everyday this week, with temperatures ranging from 6-8 degrees.
Monday will have upwards of 10 mm of rain throughout the day and night, whereas Tuesday may see double that.
So, expect to use your umbrella everyday this week, as we’ll see plenty of wet rainy days.
Vancouver has already seen a little snow already, as this past weekend called for a chance of flurries. And we may see more this season, as Environment Canada predicts a “harsh” winter ahead.
