On Thursday, September 26th, Metropolis Mall took fashion and fun to a whole new level as they hosted the annual LOULOU Shop Til You Drop. The event was a shopping experience like no other – with style advice, makeovers, giveaways, swag bags, contests, , pop-up nail bar, and an endless amount of savings!
Although the event ran in the evening from 5:00pm to 8:00pm, a huge line of shoppers began forming around noon and at one point had 800+ guests standing patiently for entrance into the grand court, where the event featured sampling, candy, ice cream, presentations of fall trends by LOULOU style editors and the Sonic Nation team including Kid Carson!
Those in line also received free swag bags filled with goodies, samples, and opportunities to win prizes.
Although the grand court was bumping, the real place to be was outside it! Over 80 retailers across the mall had one night only sales (a couple featuring 40% off) making the event Metropolis’s biggest sale of the year! Among the big names were Nike, Guess, H&M, Forever 21, Dynamite, and Tommy Hilfiger.
The best part about the event was the atmosphere. Unlike other major shopping events, like boxing day for example, where people are just going crazy, the LOULOU Shop Til You Drop was very well organized and fun! Stores were stocked with supplies and extra staff ensuring all shoppers received excellent service and notice of all the deals they had for you to save money!
