Jim Carrey made a passionate appearance on Real Time with Bill Maher this week where he applauded Canadian healthcare.
The critically acclaimed funnyman appeared on the controversial show to discuss his latest work, but took some time to discuss the current political climate south of the border.
The Canadian actor referred to President Donald Trump as a “used car salesman,” and proudly put his Nike clad sneakers on Maher’s desk. He stated that it was, “good to be back in dystopian America.”
Afterward, he saluted Colin Kaepernick and Nike for its political campaign.

Carrey went on to speak on the issue of socialized healthcare, and how Trump had incorrectly characterized Canada’s system.
“I never waited for anything in my life,” he said. “I chose my own doctors, my mother never paid for a prescription, it was fantastic. And I just got back from Vancouver and I keep hearing this.. ‘Canadians are so nice, Canadians are so nice.’
“They can be nice because they have health care!” he exclaimed.
Seth Rogen recently appeared on Seth Meyers and spoke to the host about Canadians have to exactly where they are from to Americans.
