Even Jason Momoa, aka Aquaman, aka Khal Drogo, had trouble getting out of this situation.
On Monday evening, Momoa was stuck in the elevator at the L’Hermitage hotel for nearly two hours.
While he and his crew waited for help, the 40-year-old documented the whole thing on his Instagram stories.
“We’re stuck on an elevator. The fire department doesn’t really wanna show up,” said Jason Momoa completely unamused by the situation.
As the group waited for help, Momoa and his buddies were able to survive by snacking on M&Ms and drinking beer.
Nearly two hours later, his stunt crew shows up and helps to open the elevator doors from above.
It’s unclear if the Vancouver Fire Department arrived to help get the group out of the elevator.
Known by many as Khal Drogo in the HBO TV series Game of Thrones, Momoa has never been one to hide how much he loves Vancouver. He’s already taken in a Vancouver Canucks game, run onto the field at BC Place, and even hit the slopes in Whistler.
