Vancouver Mayor Gregor Robertson has listed his recently acquired duplex on Stephens Street in Kitsilano for $1,798,000.
Robertson purchased the home just under two years ago in June 2013 with his wife after their children graduated from high school. Since then, the only major change within the area is the addition of the Point Grey Road bike lane located within a block from the home – an addition that has increased the price by $233,000.
The duplex is listed by Vancouver realtor David Tung who shares the homes notable features including:
