Put the top down on that convertible, Vancouver!
Looks like we’re in for some sunny weather over the weekend and well into next week.
With fall just around the corner, the warmer temperatures are a much-needed break from recent rain we’ve had in the city.
And although summer has nearly left us, Mr. Sun is reportedly sticking around for at least a week, according to Environment Canada.
There is a 30% chance of rain for Saturday, but don’t let that stop you from taking part in the fun festivities happening this weekend, such as Unbuckled: a western-themed BBQ event happening at Stanley Park, or the gruesome Zombie Walk at the Vancouver Art Gallery.
Despite the nicer weather, if you enjoy the great indoors from your couch, the NFL kicks off their first full day of the regular season on Sunday. Don’t worry – the rest of the week’s forecast will stay warm if you decide to be a hermit all day.
