You Can Fly To The Cook Islands From Vancouver Round-Trip For Only $858 CAD (Tax Incl)

Cook Islands

Renowned for its world class snorkeling and diving, the Cook Islands are a highly sought after destination; however, they are not the cheapest place for Vancouverites to visit.

Typical price tags stagger around $2000 CAD for a single return airfare from Vancouver. As a result, most have trouble making it to Rarotonga.

Now, Air New Zealand has drastically slashed their pricing on select dates for return airfare. Now, travellers can experience pure luxury at a fraction of the cost. With a price today that was going for just over $600 CAD, the deal is almost to good to be true. There are fares of under $900 CAD that are still available, but as the lower fares sell out, there won’t be a great deal of opportunity to score the deal.

We found this fare from April 14th – 17th, 2018 that is only $858.26 CAD with all tax included through Expedia. With a very reasonable to layover in Los Angeles, this is an extremely comfortable flight.

Explore The Cook Islands

With breathtaking coastlines of sparkling white sand, exquisite accommodates, turquoise waters, and gourmet cuisine, the Cook Islands make for an outstanding vacation. What’s more, these islands have a multitude of amazing activities to enjoy. From snorkeling to diving, shopping to lagoon cruises, cultural tours to simply kicking back on the beach, you’ll find plenty to enjoy.

Travel Tip: Book your local flights and transportation ahead of time. More importantly, plan where you want to go ahead of time! This is especially important here because these islands are remote and therefore not all of them are easily accessible. The Southern Group of Islands includes Palmerston, Aitutaki, Manuae (uninhabited), Takutea, Mitiaro, Atiu, Mauke, Rarotonga, and Mangaia. Rarotonga and Aitutaki are two of the easiest islands to visit and where you will find the most infrastructure. Find out where the busiest and most expensive places in advance; planning ahead will ensure your budget holiday doesn’t end up costing you a small fortune.
