Help increase your daily movements and workouts through this virtual workout. Here, you’ll be able to activate your core properly, move optimally and combat lower back pain.
This virtual workshop will focus on learning more about the different abdominal muscles and how to activate your core in day to day activities and throughout your workouts.
We will go through some pilates-based exercises and mobility work as well to help strengthen, lengthen, release and stretch.
Join in for an in depth look at how to our bodies in an optimal way and help combat low back pain and tight hip flexors.
Your workshop price includes a meal from Larry’s Market and resistance bands from me that will be delivered to your front door on the day of the workshop!
We will leave 15 minutes at the end for Q&A and to chat, touch base, connect and have some delicious food together.
