Food truck lovers better get ready for this year’s Food Cart Fest! This year’s festival starts on June 22nd. There will be over 20 of Vancouver’s most popular food trucks, along with a DJ and live music, craft food vendors, kids activities, and much much more.

Participating vendors in the Vancouver Food Cart Fest 2014 include:
Blue Smoke BBQ: They serve southern style smoked pulled pork that has been rubbed with a homemade spice blend, and then smoked for 10 hours.
Aussie Pie Guy: They serve a variety of authentic Australian pies, filled with free range BC beef.
Chili Tank: They serve delicious soups and chilis using organic and local produce.
Didi’s Greek: Started by two mothers, they serve authentic Greek food that includes chicken and lamb souvlaki wraps.
Dougie Dog: Their hot dogs are completely natural, and have no preservatives. Make sure to try some of their homemade root beer as well.
Feastro: They serve delicious seafood tacos, fish and chips, salads, chowders, and incredible seasonal lemonade.
Finest at Sea: All their seafood is BC caught, and 100% wild. Their products are a must for those conscious about where their fish comes from.
Guanaco: They specialize in pupusas, which is a thick handmade tortilla filled with pork, chicken, or beans, as well as fresh cheese and vegetables.
Holy Perogy: They serve a mix of traditional and unique perogies, with tons of different flavours.
JJ’s Trucketeria: They serve comfort food made from scratch, including fried rice plates, and panwiches.
The Juice Truck: They serve nutritious juices that contain important vitamins, enzymes, and minerals.
Kaboom Box: They serve only Oceanwise certified seafood and sustainably produced meat. All their food is healthy, sustainable, and local. They serve seafood sandwiches and fish and chips.
Le Tigre: They serve a modern interpretation of traditional Chinese cuisine, including roasted chicken steam buns.
Mogu: They serve Japanese inspired fast food including pork katsu, chicken teriyaki, and kabocha korokke sandwiches.
Mom’s Grilled Cheese: They serve both classic and gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches and soups, and other comfort foods.
Roaming Dragon: They serve delicious Pan-Asian dishes that are unique interpretations of authentic Southeast Asian flavours. Some of their dishes include Korean short rib tacos, Chinese fried rice balls, and Indonesian beef rendang poutine.
Soho Road: They serve delicious butter chicken, tandoori chicken, and spicy vegetable naan kebabs.
Street Meet: They serve Mediterranean food using only the best local and sustainable ingredients. Their menu includes a slow roasted pork sandwich, veggie burgers, and a grilled lamb burger.
Taco Fino: Their menu is focused on a Californian-Baja style of cooking with some international influences. Everything they make is from scratch.
Taser Grilled Cheese: Their grilled cheese sandwiches are served with a choice of cheeses and other ingredients, making their sandwiches different from the rest.
The Reef Runner: They serve a variety of Caribbean inspired curries, Jamaican patties, and jerk chicken poutine.
Vij’s Railway Express: Their menu consists of delicious curries, as well as fish cakes, lamb kebabs, and butter chicken schnitzel.
Yolk’s Breakfast: They serve a variety of egg dishes, including poached egg sandwiches, served with pancakes, bacon, and hashbrowns.
Ze Bite: They serve healthy crepes and sandwiches that are sure to make you want to come back for more.
The Vancouver Food Cart Fest 2014 starts June 22nd, and takes place every Sunday from 12pm-5pm at 215 West 1st Ave between the Cambie Street Bridge and the Olympic Village. Food lovers will agree that this is a mix of Vancouver’s best food trucks. Make sure you try them all!
