Back for its 25th year, Western Canada’s biggest trade show is dedicated to health and wellness. It boasts 250+ exhibitors, 100+ guest speakers and workshops, a meditation garden, and lots of free samples. Tickets range from $4 – $14.50. Furthermore, the event is at the Vancouver Convention Centre East, and is scheduled from 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Returning for its 28th year, another amazing roster of music artists and other performers are slated to grace the stage. It takes place at Mackin Park located in Coquitlam. On until Sunday, March 5th, 2017, tickets are $15.

The documentary by developmental psychologist Janet Werker explores the difference and similarities in early childhood development amongst four babies. As part of Movies for Mommies, it begins this Friday at 11:30 a.m. It is screening at the Vancity Theatre, and tickets are $10.

Latin dancers of all walks of life will come together to share their passion for the art. The festival will be held at the Grand Villa Casino Hotel & Conference Centre in Burnaby.
