There’s nothing quite like an outdoor movie night in the summer, and this summer, one of the most unique movie nights is taking place in Pitt Meadows.
Adam Sandler’s “Happy Gilmore” will be shown at the Swaneset Bay and Resort Country Club on Friday, July 12th. Screening time begins at 8:00 pm and wraps up at 11:00 pm. What makes this particular outdoor movie night so unique, however, is that if you attend, you will be watching Adam Sandler’s famous sports-comedy at the place where much of the 1996 movie was filmed.
Tickets for the Swaneset Outdoor Movie Night are free, but you will need to register in advance, and donations either in cash or non-perishable food will be accepted as part of a collaboration with the Food Bank.
Hot dogs, popcorn, drinks, and other snacks will be available for purchase, so all you need to bring is a lawn chair or blanket.
VIP seating and a dinner is also available at additional cost. Parking is available, but the costs vary depending on location. Contact the venue at 604–460–6081 before registering for further information.
