Beer and fitness lovers rejoice because we’re bringing Barre back to the brewery!
Join us at 10:30am on Sunday August 28th for an hour long Barre class with The Beat Studio founder Jill Nadon. Ticket price includes drop in fee and one beer flight.
What’s barre? Barre is a fitness class inspired by ballet and Pilates that uses small, repetitive movements to build strength. You’ll focus on back-body muscles like your glutes, hamstrings, and calves, while using your core to stabilize the whole time! Beginners – fear not! This is an all levels class, plus the addition of beer & takes the pressure off!
Please bring your own yoga mat. All other equipment will be supplied. All attendees must be legal drinking age.
