Cats & Dogs at Science World 2019

Science World

Calling all cat and dog lovers! Science World at Telus World of Science is going to be home to the Cats & Dogs exhibition, the first large-scale event dedicated to our furry friends.

Opening on Sunday, September 22nd, 2019, visitors will discover what we know about our canine and feline companions—scientifically, sociologically and culturally.

“The science of animal behaviour has advanced by leaps and bounds in recent years” reads the exhibits website.

“Now you can take science to the next level, by leaping like a cat and bounding like a dog through interactive exhibits”.

From the tiniest Chihuahuas to the largest Great Danes, and from the lush, furry Persians to the sleek, hairless Sphynx, you’ll learn about them all! Cats & Dogs lets you hear, smell, and feel what it’s like to be one of these animals.

In celebration of their latest OMNIMAX film, Superpower Dogs, Science World is hosting a FREE Pet Photo Booth on Sunday, September 8th from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

All visitors will receive a free print of themselves along with their pet!

Cats & Dogs is open until January 5th, 2020.
