For the last 19 years, the annual Burnaby Blues and Roots Festival has been a highlight of the outdoor concert season in the city.
Locals will be happy to hear that the event is coming back for another exciting show this summer.
Feist, Lord Huron, and Dan Mangan are set to headline the festival at Deer Lake Park on Saturday, August 10th, 2019.
Other artists also performing include:
- The War & Treaty
- William Prince
- Southern Avenue
This family-friendly event will feature a full day of music, local food vendors and activities for attendees of all ages.

- Beer and wine service (19+ and must have 2 pieces of valid ID, where one has photo ID)

- Blues Market (vendors TBA)

- Family activity area (2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.)

Parking and Transportation
No onsite parking will be available. Attendees are encouraged to take public transit, carpool, bike, or take a taxi.
Offsite parking will be available at BCIT parking lots D, E, F and G. The parking rate is $5.25 for the entire day. Furthermore, a complimentary shuttle will pick up and drop off you off at the Lot D entrance starting at 10:30 a.m. and run throughout the day.
- Early bird tickets: $50 (Only 1000 available)
- 4-pack tickets: $200 (Only 250 packs available)
- Single tickets: $60
- Day of show tickets: $70
