Everything You Need To Know About Vancouver’s Massive New Winter Festival (VIDEO)

The Aurora Winter Festival has revealed details for their massive six-week holiday attraction coming to Vancouver.

This winter wonderland will take place from Friday, November 23rd – Sunday, December 30th, 2018 at Concord Pacific Place.

The family-friendly festival will offer elements inspired by the North Pole, including mystical characters, captivating light displays, ice-skating on a frozen river, Santa’s workshop and carnival rides among other attractions.

Guests will be able to visit four Mystical Worlds and let their imagination take hold of what they see. The Disco Den, Arctic Retreat, Luminous Gardens and Whimsical Forest will feature giant sculptures, animated sets and brilliant light displays.

Visitors will also come across the massive Tube Park! Standing over 20 ft. tall and 200 ft. long, this attraction will be made with artificial snow and ensures endless fun.

Another highlight is the magical characters. Meet ice elves, the snow queen, a yeti, and of course, Santa!

Tickets start at $14.99 for children (4 -12) and seniors (64+). General admission (13 – 64) is 19.99. Kids from ages one to three get free admission.

Visitors will have to pay a separate fee to use the tube park. Ticket prices are listed below:

  • 1 ride – $4
  • 3 rides – $10
  • 8 rides – $20
