Kuo Hua Trading Co. Ltd. to bring a splash of flavor to Greater Vancouver with the 2023 Taiwan Kaohsiung Food Festival.
As the leading provider of top-notch Taiwanese food products to Canada, Kuo Hua Trading Co. Ltd. is thrilled to announce that it will be collaborating with the Taiwanese metropolis of Kaohsiung to host the Taiwan Kaohsiung Food Festival at its Richmond location.
With a focus on the maritime city’s squid, sea bass, cuttlefish, tiger grouper, karasumi, giant grouper, honey, and fermented lime marmalade, the Festival is set to bring a splash of flavour to the food scene in Greater Vancouver from the 5th to the 15th of October.
Tantalizing products from Kaohsiung will be hitting the store’s shelves over the course of this ten-day event.
What to expect
- Along with the introduction of exciting items, the festival will be featuring a live cooking show by Executive Chef Paul Chu from 5 Star Taipei Marriott Hotel.
- Chef Chu will be showcasing the versatility of various Taiwanese seafood products through a variety of mouthwatering dishes
- The Festival will also be featuring a Grand Prize Draw for 1 round trip ticket to Taiwan from Vancouver
